My role

blueAid came to me because I could offer a combination of technical and commercial knowledge and had the people skills to assist in the selling process. I carried out business development for a qualitative study of wellness solutions for a US-based customer:

  • Studied the requirement to gain an understanding of the customer and their explicit and implicit expectations
  • Shaped the solution, including user-focused market survey
  • Developed customer relationship through a series of conference calls
  • Wrote and presented the commercial proposal
